I started my career as a Graphic Designer, and taught graphics in Higher Education before starting up my studio in Hertfordshire, from where I work painting and running courses and workshops. I also visit art groups and societies and organised and taught painting holidays in the UK and abroad.
I enjoy working in a variety of mediums and genres, but I have never lost my love and enthusiasm for teaching and I am always looking for new ways of passing on the skills, knowledge and experience that I have acquired over the years and have recently been commissioned to write several articles for The Leisure Painter.
My work has been exhibited and sold in both the UK and France where I am fortunate enough to spend much of my time in the Lanquedoc where I am able to dedicate my time to sketching and painting the people and local scenes that I have grown to love..
